Everyone starts this journey together on September 2, 2019.
Many different running plans to follow (all 3 plans below will be made available to you):
None to Run (the kick-butt free plan)
Run to Race (5K)
Run to Race (10K)
Private Facebook group (challenge participants only) for support and motivation.
E-mail and online community support.
Every participant gets one of the newly designed None to Run t-shirts.
Weekly prizes such as:
Balega running socks
Books (e.g. "Running Rewired" and "Run Fast. Cook Fast. East Slow")
End of challenge prize:
pair of running shoes!
