By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.
Analytics and crash-reporting data collected through Firebase is stored in anonymized or aggregated form. Where it is linked to an identifier, it is retained for up to 14 months and then deleted or anonymized.
Subscription and purchase data managed through RevenueCat is anonymous unless you provide your email address. Where personal data is present, it is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and financial obligations.
Email and newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
You do not need to create an account to use the None to Run app. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
To request deletion, email support@nonetorun.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," using the email address associated with your data. We will verify your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records by law (such as transaction history for tax purposes).
Some analytics and crash data is collected in anonymized form and cannot be linked back to you individually, so it cannot be tied to a specific deletion request.
