Nathan Liddle, MSc is a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Teesside University and a current PhD candidate researching exercise-based injury prevention programmes for recreational runners. A qualified physiotherapist and Associate Teaching Fellow, Nathan spent eight years working in elite sport with Middlesbrough FC before moving into academia.
His research focuses on helping everyday runners stay injury-free, and his work on running-related injuries and prevention strategies has been published in academic conferences and featured in The Conversation.
